Characteristics
Thrianta rabbits are very calm creatures that love human attention. They are very calm and affectionate.

Grooming
Thrianta rabbits require brushing once a week and more frequently during the shedding season.

History
The Thrianta was recognised in the UK during the 1980s. Just before WWII, Dutch breeder Mr. Andrea bred Tans, Havanas and Papillion, which produced an orange coloured rabbit. Due to difficulty breeding, the Thrianta was withdrawn by the Dutch after 1945. The standard was renewed by 1971 and finally made its way to the UK after again being established in the Netherlands.
